Cult film night BAR TRASH continues our 13th sensational season — SCREAM FOR YOUR LIVES! — with a very special MYSTERY GIMMICK SHOW!!! to celebrate our 4^th birthday. Please note earlier start time of 8:30pm.

Mystery films — where we only reveal the title when we press play* — have become a hugely popular feature of the BAR TRASH programme since Season 4 when Sony stopped us showing THE BLOB (1988) at incredibly short notice (after we’d already sold out!). We turned the event into a mystery film night and Token Homo attempted to book a replacement at pace, accidentally giving once-lost Korean kaiju film SPACE MONSTER WANGMAGWI (1967) its long-overdue UK premiere. But what celluloid atrocity will we unveil this time?

To celebrate our 4th sensational birthday, we are resurrecting one of the 216 rarely-shown titles we have screened before but will be dressing it up for this very special occasion by reviving it’s original (and utterly insane!) release gimmick. The only other thing we can say is that you should expect birthday cake and other special treats as we will take this opportunity to applaud the brilliant audience that has held this giddy old bar show aloft for so long. We really can’t thank you enough. THx
