QUEER HORROR NIGHTS presents A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 2: FREDDY’S REVENGE (1985)
Loose Willis, Co Kendrah, and Token Homo hosted a midnight ‘solidarity’ screening of A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 2: FREDDY’S REVENGE at Rio Cinema for Halloween [Friday 31 Oct 2025]. At the end of the show, we made a surprise reveal… that our next projection would be THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW for Valentine’s 2026 at the Rio!
Chaos ensued…. First off, Loose Willis (having done a quick change into some fishnets) stormed and seduced his way through the stalls and back to the stage with a blistering lip-synch to ‘Sweet Transvestite’. Then, Co Kendrah – still in its costume from ELM STREET 2 but with added fishnets and faux fur coat (?!) – led us into the Time Warp as their own demented version of Riff Raff. Token Homo tried to explain what was going on, but kept getting his words wrong in all the chaos and excitement…
But it didn’t matter. Everyone danced, everyone sang-along, and we can’t wait to do the Time Warp with you again!
